Returns

We do not accept returns for:

- Belts (as they are made to order with custom sizing)
- Customised dog collars (name stamped)
- Knives
- Sale items
- Gift cards

You are responsible for providing the correct measurement when ordering a belt or collar, along with the correct hardware style or colour to go with it.

If you have made an error with your sizing, feel free to contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we'll see what we can do to rectify the problem.

If we have made an error we'll happily replace at no extra expense to you.

Please note: We add an additional 10mm of length onto the belt or waist measurement you give us. The heavy gauge leather that we use requires this extra material to match your measurement.

 

Defective Items

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our product, please contact us at hello@fosterandboys.com and we can follow up your concern. You have 7 days upon receiving the item to raise your concern. Any item accepted for return must be in it's original condition and packaging. Due to the nature of handcrafting subtle variation between products is expected.

Please note: As leather is a natural product, scars and colour imperfections are common.

 

Incorrect orders

It is possible that we may have accidentally shipped you a wrong package, or even the wrong colour hardware. Please get in touch so we can rectify the problem. 

 

Exchanges

We happily accept exchanges for items that are not customised, but you are responsible for shipping costs to and from. Contact us at hello@fosterandboys.com for more info.

 

Workmanship Guarantee

In the unlikely event of a product failure that is not related to general wear and tear, you may qualify for free repairs. This is evaluated on a case by case basis. If your product is damaged due to misuse, we may be able to repair the item at your expense. Please contact us at hello@fosterandboys.com.
