  • CAN I MAKE A CUSTOM ORDER?

Unfortunately not, we only do customised names on The Shepherd's Collar. We currently invest all of our time on our regular product line and any new products will be advertised on the website.

 

  • HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT TILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Each belt is custom made. Please allow up to two weeks for your order to be crafted and sent. We generally have stock available of our other products which will be sent within 2-3 working days. Please note that orders won't be fulfilled until all products are crafted and will be sent in one package. If you have a deadline please contact us at hello@fosterandboys.com and we'll see what we can do for you.

Shipping times depend on your location and can be found on our shipping page. Due to the pandemic shipping times may vary.

 

  • CAN I ORDER A KNIFE?

We are currently not taking custom knife orders. All knives made will be added to the website and sold on a first in, first served basis. If you would like to be notified 24hours prior to a knife being uploaded for sale, enter your email on the home page and you will be added to the mailing list.

 

  • DO YOU DO CUSTOM STAMPING ON YOUR BELTS?

No, we do not offer custom stamping on our belts.

 

  • DO FOSTER AND BOYS HAVE A LEATHER CONDITIONER FOR SALE?

We are currently in the final stages of production and hope to launch our Foster and Boys Leather Balm in June, 2022.

 

  • DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

We are currently shipping within New Zealand and across the ditch to Australia. If you live further afield please contact us at hello@fosterandboys.com and we can provide a shipping quote for your address.
