Shipping policy
DISPATCH TIMES
Each item is custom made. Please allow up to two weeks for your order to be crafted and sent. We generally have stock available of our other products which will be sent within 2-3 working days. Please note that orders won't be fulfilled until all products are crafted and will be sent in one package. If you have a deadline please contact us at hello@fosterandboys.com and we'll see what we can do for you.
PRICING
We ship with NZPOST from Oamaru, New Zealand. Prices are automatically calculated at check out, see further details below.
Domestic (Within NZ)
-Leather goods are shipped nationwide at a flat rate of $13 per order. This is via NZPOST courier service and is tracked, with a delivery target of 1-3 working days.
-Knives are shipped nationwide at a flat rate of $16 per order. This is via NZPOST courier service and is tracked, with a delivery target of 1-3 working days. It requires signature on delivery.
Delivery to rural areas may take longer than the times indicated.
Australia
-Leather goods are shipped at a flat rate of $19 (NZD). This is via NZPOST economy service and is tracked, with a delivery target of 3-10 working days.
-Knives are shipped at a flat rate of $34 (NZD). This is via NZPOST courier service and is tracked, with a delivery target of 2-6 working days. It requires signature on delivery.
Delivery to rural areas may take longer than the times indicated.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are not currently shipping worldwide, however we are happy to provide a shipping quote for countries further afield than New Zealand and Australia. Please email us at hello@fosterandboys.com.
International orders may incur a customs tax that the buyer will be responsible for. You will need to contact your local customs office to find out what the customs tax might be for importing goods from New Zealand.
DAMAGED GOODS IN TRANSIT
If your parcel is damaged during transit please contact us at hello@fosterandboys.com with photos of your parcel and we can follow up your concern. You have 7 days upon receiving the item to raise your concern.
