HANDCRAFTED GOODS AND MATERIALS

By purchasing Foster and Boys handcrafted goods you are acknowledging the fact that each piece is unique with slight variations in size and weight. Our goods are not made by machines and these slight variations are what we believe give our products character.

You accept that leather and timber are natural products that may show unique characteristics during its life such as varying colours, subtle scars or imperfections that will not affect the quality or durability of the product. The Old World Harness leather that we use is produced in a pit tanning process which can lead to colour spots and variations and is expected, which once again adds to the character. In our eyes, it's those small imperfections that make hand crafted goods perfect.

We take pride in sourcing the best leather, steel and hardware that we can find and this is reflected in our pricing. Our leather and hardware is sourced from the United States as their quality is top notch. We try to source the timber for our knives locally. All of our hand stitched goods are sewn with Waxed Polyester thread which is strong and won't rot like other cotton alternatives. It is our desire to create heirloom quality products that will last a lifetime.

ORDERING TERMS

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our product, please contact us at hello@fosterandboys.com and we can follow up your concern. You have 7 days upon receiving the item to raise your concern. Any item accepted for a return must be in it's original condition and packaging.

You are responsible for providing the correct measurement when ordering a belt or collar, along with the correct hardware style or colour to go with it.

You acknowledge that all products will be branded with our makers mark and all requests for this to be removed will be denied.

You also accept that colours across different screen monitors may vary.

All prices stated are New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

We welcome any reviews or feedback about our products which help us to continue to provide our customers with the best quality goods and service.

International orders may incur a customs tax that the buyer will be responsible for. You will need to contact your local customs office to find out what the customs tax might be for importing goods from New Zealand.
